Feedback of PTFE/PFA coating on Aluminum PU mold.
Prior to coating, PU was sticking to the Aluminum surface.

Advantage of PTFE/PFA coating on PU mold are as follow:

• 1.Non stick coating. PU ejects the mold very easily.
• 2.Mold release is not required.
• 3.End product part finish is very good without any pin hole/blow hole.

Through out the development of this new coating process, Mr. Vivek supported us extensively. He has excellent product knowledge and always available to help. Although the process is new the product was ‘first time right’.

I have seen him getting involved in the development of color, demonstrating it at client's Paint shop, proving it to their satisfaction, and then bringing it to clients regular business. Now I am getting his advice and expertise in putting up our own Paint shop for Specialized coatings.
